16" Di Parma review by Will
I finally got around to trying Fire & Stone. I love pizza, but it's not on my current diet plan, but hey ho, figured it was time. One bite, everybody knows the rules… mas or minus. I ordered ahead online and headed out for up to pick it up; thing was, the restaurant opened about 10ish minutes late, and it was absolutely blistering outside. If you've got customers standing outside your front door in 97-degree heat, do us a fav and put out a human sized doggy bowl of water for us to lap up. Once they opened, my pizza hadn't even hit the oven yet, despite the pickup time. No biggie, Golf was on; I was happy to wait. Just something to be aware of if you're order numeral uno of the day. They've got a couple of proper Italian pizza ovens in there. The nice kind with the red tile. They call them Mario and Luigi. Cool. Now for the important part. The crust was excellent. Best crust I've had in a long time. I actually ate all of it, and I usually leave the crust because... toppings. I also had the Alfredo meatballs. They were pretty good. As for the pizza, I'm not even going to blame Fire & Stone for this one. I'm blaming my girlfriend. She talked me into one of the white pizzas and most of the time I'm just a red sauce guy, but she just got out of the hospital, so she has some sway right now. So, that's on me or her, but not them. The base of the pizza was outstanding, the crust was phenomenal, and if that's what they're starting with, I definitely want to go back and try a few of their reds. I'd absolutely go back. In fact, I'd have another one right now if I wasn't fat.
16" Chicken BBQ review by Justin
Cilantro on BBQ chicken pizza? It's not something I would have personally decided to try but I am glad it was ordered for the table. This is the best BBQ chicken pizza I've ever had. Often times restaurants use way too much BBQ sauce, fortunately this was not the case here. The ingredients were perfectly balanced and the flavor was excellent.
16" Diavolo review by Tyler
I've had numerous of Fire & Stone's menu offerings, but the Diavolo pizza is certainly my favorite. This pizza balances the wood-fired flavor, Neapolitan style crust, and spiciness without overpowering all of the fresh ingredients. If you love pizza with a little heat and tons of flavor, the Diavolo is a must-try. Easily one of the best pizzas on the menu.

This is a meat lovers dream. It's a little salty but it's expected considering the amount of meat on this pizza. The manosphere fellows will love this pie!
Cheezy Bread review by Justin
The cheesy bread is an instant hit for anyone who wants to avoid tomato sauce. It's the perfect sized appetizer for a party of 6-8 or a dinner to share for a pair of kids.
